As a USA Track and Field sanctioned and certified event as well as a CARA Best of Chicagoland race, this event is sure to be one of the premiere running experiences in the Northern Illinois area. This race has applied for and received the Chicago Area Runners Association designation as a CARA BEST OF CHICAGOLAND RACE. Races with this designation are considered the crème de la crème of running experiences.
